Teaching Assistant

Louisa Geibel is studying for a Master's degree in Journalism and Communication Studies at the University of Vienna. As a teaching assistant to Folker Hanusch, she supports him in organizing his courses and helps with research projects.

From the winter semester of 2024/25 to the winter semester of 2025/26, she worked as a tutor at the Department of Communication. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Journalism and Political Science from Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz. Her areas of interest include journalistic work practice, cultural journalism as well as health and environmental communication. Since the summer semester of 2025, she has also been coordinating the buddy project at the department.
